Erbauer, Macalister and Titan pressure washers are all rebadged Annovi Reverbi washers so far as I can tell. (Sold through B&Q and Screwfix) AR are pretty good made in Italy machines with decent specs,much better than Karcher or own brand Chinese made junk. Yours is based on the AR 5.9 internals and the reason it's so much more money is it's improved specs. Brass head aluminium pump, steel re-enforced hose, metal fixings and pro quality lance, brushless motor etc. My old Lavor cobra (another Italian made brass head pump machine) is donkeys years old and just won't die. When it does I will probably buy the Titan TTB2700PWR which is under £200 and has fantastic flow rate with twin pumps but is mainly plastic not metal fittings or spend the extra and get the same as you. Be interesting to hear your thoughts in a few months on its reliability?

A proper functional restoration. Not like those other restobation videos, that are only done for the sake of internet points. How sharp are the blades after using just the flappy disk? I find that using a hand file gives a sharper edge than what I can achieve with a grinder. Sharp enough for a garden tool at least.

A nice case right there! I see some ideas to steal right there (plywood never occurred to me as a material for such a case, but what you made looks really convincing!). Now I will also be nitpicking a bit, since you made it looking like 90% pro, except there's this grey paint leaking along the closing edge. IMHO nothing gray should be visible when it's closed. There's a ton of seals, rubber strips and other fixtures (usually automotive stuff) that could be used for that edge to make it more presentable - just a suggestion tho. All right, I'll just go fetch some plywood now, thanks again :)
